1. What do you love about CrossFit and Fitness.


- I believe crossfit makes you bulletproof! Unlike any other style of fitness, you’re forced to mentally and physically prepare a level higher than you’re average workout. Overall,  fitness allows you to heal from the inside / out. It demonstrates the ultimate self-care routine, making you feel confident and unstoppable.


2. What do you love about being a coach?


- The term ‘coach’ has a very close meaning to my heart. I’ve been an athlete all my life and having that responsibility as a COACH, means you build an intensional connection with your TEAM. I love being invested in one’s or not all, to the best of their ability! I love being a coach because we’re in this together.


3. What makes your coaching style unique?


- At a young age, I’ve trained in different sports at the highest levels. Therefore, they became specific and very technical. Underwent mentally chanllenging types of training.


With a mix of, passion, toughness & specific details on skill, I believe this molded my ability to apply it to all forms of body types. My style is simply unique for adapting to the best of your abilities and bringing out the best version of you.


 4. Words of encouragement for new members?


- To all my new members, walk with confidence! Have a plan and work hard on what you love to do! Only you can change your story! I promise you it only goes up from here
