If you’ve never tried CrossFit before, don’t worry about it. we have you covered!
Schedule a 1 on 1 class with us by sending us a message! You will be paired with a coach to make sure you feel comfortable.
During your FREE session you will receive:
A tour around the facility
Go over our fitness programming
Do a full assessment of your current movement, mobility, and fitness level
You'll also do a WOD (CrossFit Style workout of the day) so get ready to have fun
Our job is to get to know you and your goals so we can figure out the best way to help you get in the best shape of your life!
Out of town visitors are always welcome to come train with us at Crossfit ECF. If you have been CrossFit training for at least 6-12 Months, you can join any of our group classes. Just shoot us a message!
