Step 1: Come In for a Free Intro
If you’ve never tried CrossFit before, don’t worry about it. The first class is on US!
Schedule a FREE class with us by sending us a message! You will be paired with a coach to make sure you feel comfortable.
We will show you around our facility and go over the movements before the class until you are comfortable to try the workout.
Step 2: Sign Up for CrossFit 101
After your free class and facility tour, CrossFit ECF requires that any individual interested in our unlimited-monthly group classes first complete our CrossFit 101 course.
The course delivers a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit program.
When signing up for the CrossFit 101 course, you sign up for 3 personal training sessions with a Crossfit Coach. As an introductory member, you should expect:
3 sessions covering all the CrossFit principles.
You get to participate in all of our classes, Saturday team WOD and strong man Sunday.
Out of town visitors are always welcome to come train with us at Crossfit ECF. If you have been CrossFit training for at least 3 months, you can join any of our group classes. Just shoot us a message!
