Step 1: Come In for a Free Intro
If you’ve never tried CrossFit before, don’t worry about it. The first class is on US!
Every Saturday at 9AM (8:45 arrival time) we have team workouts for beginners and the movements are scalable and easy to modify for any level of fitness or injury.
We will show you around our facility and go over the movements before the class until you are comfortable to try the workout.
We have an additional free class on Monday at 8:45 PM for anyone who hasn't tried CrossFit before and can't make it on a Saturday.
Step 2: Sign Up for CrossFit 101
After your free class and facility tour CrossFit ECF requires that any individual interested in our unlimited-monthly group classes first complete our CrossFit 101 course.
The course delivers a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit program.
When signing up for the CrossFit 101 course, you sign up for a full month at ECF. As an introductory member, you should expect:
Six sessions covering the CrossFit principles over the first two weeks.
To practice what you have learned in our group classes for your last 2nd two weeks.
You get to participate in the Thursday Mobility class and Saturday's team WOD and Yoga classes.
Personal Training Sessions
Can't make the Crossfit 101 schedule? Take four personal training sessions to cover the material from the 101 course.
Out of town visitors are always welcome to come train with us at Crossfit ECF. If you have been CrossFit training for at least 3 months, you can join any of our group classes. Just shoot us a message!
