We offer strength training and conditioning to kids of all ages. Whether your child is playing a fall or spring sport we can get them ready for the season. We make it a great environment to learn and develop great exercise habits.
Beginner & Advanced Olympic Weightlifting
Our Olympic weight lifting class is taught by our USA weightlifting certified coach Nicole. She's competed at national level meets and has trained athletes of all skill levels. If you want to be an all around athlete then her class isn't one you want to miss.

What is HIIT?
HIIT training is short bursts of high intensity, all out exercise followed by brief periods of recovery. HIIT can be a quick effective workout in a short amount of time. A workout can literally be a couple of minutes long, for those days that you don’t have time for a long workout
