About the Event

Welcome to oue Anual Valentine's CO-Ed Comp. WThis is an RX and Scale division comp for all CrossFiters, there will be 3 WOD's and 1 floater WOD.  All teams will receive an event shirt and goodie bag.  Prices for top 3 finishing teams and ALL the bragging rights!  So Find that special someone and get training... As always... ECF WOD's are extra spicy!!!! Please message us about any questions or special circumstances we should be informed about for registration! 

Please note the following Covid-19 Policies for the event...

Safety Protocols for COVID-19

· Spectators will be required to wear masks throughout the competition

· Athletes can choose to wear masks but will not be required to compete

· Temperatures will be taken at the door for every athlete and spectator

· Athletes and spectators will be required to sign and respond to COVID questionnaire

· Athletes will be assigned their personal space for belongings

· Warm-up area will be available for upcoming heat only

· All equipment will be wiped down after each heat by staff

· Workout areas equipment will also be wiped down after every heat by staff

· There will be hand sanitizer throughout the gym for your safety

RX – Rope Climbs on short ropes

Scaled – 1 Point for strict pull-ups, 2 points for rope climbs on long rope, 3 points for Rope Climbs on short ropes… Where you start is where you finish. Example, if you start with rope climbs, you can’t switch to pull-ups half way through the AMRAP.
